Truthfully, our country has made corruption the default method of government! A lifestyle!

The widespread corruption, and operating with impunity, has perverted all forms of morality, individual and collective.

The polluted conscience and hearts have blurred values, have devalued our citizen’s virtues, disempowered a whole people, and made our country, the Democratic Republic of Congo, a non-state or even worse, a failed state.

Let us all pledge to replace immorality with morality, impunity with justice, insecurity with security, irresponsibility with responsibility, a failed state with the righteous rule of cooperative law.
